The coil produced 16G Internally Threaded Curve Barbell is constructed from ASTM F-136 titanium, ensuring superior strength and longevity ideal for a range of piercings. Its precisely engineered curved form guarantees a secure fit while maximizing comfort. Available in multiple lengths, it offers versatility to suit various piercing requirements.
Coil produced jewelry starts as a continuous wire coil (like a spring). The coil is then cut into individual circular rings and each piece is drilled and tapped with threads one at a time. This process is more labor-intensive, but it creates a perfectly round, true-circle shape that many piercers and clients prefer for its symmetry and precision fit.

Ti 6AL 4V ELI is Titanium that has been alloyed with 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium with extra low interstitial. Khrysos offers a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of all its ASTMF-136 titanium. If there is any defect caused by manufacturing, please contact us at any time, and we will gladly replace your piece once we receive the original broken piece back.

All Titanium is fully autoclavable, however, please consult your autoclave manual for specific settings before autoclaving. Do not use harsh chemicals on any jewelry.
