All returns must receive an RMA number from your account manager, any products returned without the RMA number risk not being processed or refunded. We offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of all ASTMF-136 titanium items. If there is any defect caused by manufacturing, please get in touch with us at any time, and we will gladly replace your piece once we receive the original broken piece back. All Titanium is fully autoclavable, however, please consult your autoclave manual for specific settings before autoclaving. Do not use harsh chemicals on any jewelry.
