Khrysos Jewelry is a business-to-business wholesaler, and our team works hard to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. While same-day shipping is not guaranteed, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders are picked up by carriers Monday through Friday, and processing times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, staffing availability, or carrier schedules.

Carrier pickup times are as follows:

• FedEx Ground: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM
• FedEx Express: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• UPS: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• DHL: 4:00 PM
  All times are Eastern

Carriers only pick up Monday through Friday. Orders processed after a carrier’s daily cutoff time will be collected on the next business day. Orders processed on weekends will also be picked up on the next business day. If Khrysos Jewelry is closed due to severe weather or a holiday, processing times may be extended as we work through order volume.

We offer flat-rate shipping exclusively through FedEx. 

For added convenience, we can print your business hours on the shipping label to help ensure delivery occurs while your location is open.  We also recommend customers sign up for UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager, which allows you to monitor incoming shipments regardless of who ships them.
