We're pleased to share that Swarovski® has updated its branding guidelines, allowing jewelry manufacturers and retailers to once again identify genuine Swarovski® materials in finished jewelry, provided specific trademark requirements are followed.

For Khrysos, this means we can once again clearly identify when a piece features genuine Swarovski® Zirconia or genuine Swarovski® Crystal.

A Welcome Change

Several years ago, Swarovski® introduced branding restrictions that limited how manufacturers could reference Swarovski® components in consumer-facing product descriptions. Even when a piece contained authentic Swarovski® materials, many brands chose to remove the Swarovski® name altogether to ensure compliance.

With the updated guidelines, Swarovski® now permits brands to accurately identify genuine Swarovski® components when used in finished jewelry, making product descriptions more transparent and informative.

Swarovski® Zirconia vs. Swarovski® Crystal

Although both are manufactured by Swarovski®, they are designed for different purposes.
